We accept pets! The fee for a pet is 80 PLN/day.
The parking fee is 50 PLN/day.
The fee for a bathrobe is 25 PLN/person.
The fee for a baby crib is 50 PLN/day.
Rezerwacja może być bezkosztowo anulowana w terminie do 30 dni przed przyjazdem. W takim przypadku wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w terminie 14 dni od zgłoszenia anulowania rezerwacji. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji po tym terminie lub nie pojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu obiekt obciąży gościa za 50% wartości rezerwacji. W celu zagwarantowania rezerwacji wymagane dokonanie przedpłaty za 50% wartości rezerwacji za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. Z chwilą formalnego rozpoczęcia pobytu w hotelu, tj. przy rejestracji w recepcji, gość hotelowy traci możliwość bezkosztowego skrócenia długości pobytu/zmiany rezerwacji (art.47&1 Ustawy z dnia 24.11.2017 o imprezach turystycznych i powiązanych usługach turystycznych).
