In case of cancellation of your stay: - Submitted no later than 7 days before the start date of the stay, the cancellation is free of charge. The hotel is obliged to refund the full amount of the advance payment within 21 days. - Cancelling further stay during its course will result in the Guest being charged, for the entire period of the booking (100%). - It is possible to change the date of the stay once up to 7 days before the start of the stay, bearing in mind that the price of the new date may be different from the original one (excluding bookings during holidays and long holiday weekends). The possibility of changing the date requires the hotel’s confirmation, and in the case of a price difference, the guest is obliged to pay the booking fee in the correct amount no later than on the day of arrival. - It is not possible to make any changes to the submitted booking less than 7 days before arrival. The deposit paid is non-refundable and will constitute payment for the willingness to provide the service.
